Description
The stone setting class is your opportunity to try your hand at stone setting using traditional silversmithing techniques and in particular cabochon setting. In this course you will learn how to set a gemstone either to wear on a ring or pendant. You will be guided through all the steps from adding a bezel wire to your chosen stone to soldering and polishing your piece.
You will get to choose from a variety of gemstones or you can bring your own.
The course is available on Tuesdays 11am till 4pm and includes all materials costing £120.00 each person.
The course is available for up to four people.
