Returns

All non-personalised jewellery may be refunded within 30 days if you are not completely happy with your purchase. I will gladly refund you the full amount you paid, providing they are in the same condition you bought them in. However I am unable to refund you for the postage and packaging.

Personalised items or commissions that are specifically tailored to your requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. This includes rings that are the wrong size. Please make sure you read my sizing guide before making your purchase.
